Mexico Coetepec |
Coffee was first planted in Mexico in the late 1700s, now producing about 5 million bags of coffee a year. Mexican coffee is generally uncomplicated, typically light to medium bodied and nutty, with overtones of chocolate. The most famous Mexican coffee is Coatepec. Mexican Coetepec is also described as having mild acidity and balance, with delicate fruit and spice overtones. It is so smooth that it just might make you a Mexican "coffee convert" for life!
Mexican Coatepec is a great morning coffee and can even be used in a blend to tone down fuller bodied coffees.
